Join Sarah Owens for a weekend of baking with locally grown and stoneground and roller-milled flours. Learn to use sourdough in breads and pastries for wholesome bakes, from hearth and pan loaves to pizza, a savory galette, and cookies. A light lunch on Saturday and Sunday alongside your savory galette and pizza is provided.
