In this workshop, you will learn to work with California grown and stone milled flours to make and bake breads and pastry. We will discuss how to incorporate whole grains into breads as flour and porridge and how to make wholegrain pie dough using sourdough starter. This workshop will use the bounty of early summer in California to fill juicy sweet and savory galettes to enjoy with our lunch.

What's Included: 1 hearth loaf, 1 pan loaf, fruit and vegetables galettes, lunch, and recipes. 

What to bring: an apron, notebook, and a curiosity for learning!
