Sourdough Pie Bar Workshop

4pm PT, 7pm EST
In this 1 1/2 hour workshop, you will learn how to create a sweet sourdough base dough made with stoneground flours for baking with autumnal seasonal fruit such as apples and pears. Sarah will demonstrate each step of how to create a deliciously spiced bar with a rye streusel and as a bonus, how to make a scrap vinegar with the peels and cores of the fruit!
The recipes and link to join will be emailed in advance of the workshop.
