Yeast Water Bread Baking Workshop

4pm PT, 7pm EST
In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn about the wonderful mysteries of creating yeast waters using foraged seasonal botanicals! This yeast water will be used to make a sourdough starter and/or for making delicious breads that have a unique footprint to where they are created and baked. The demonstration will focus on cues of fermentation, aromas, and flavor in both the yeast water and the dough. Shaping and scoring will be covered along with plenty of time for questions and trouble shooting this variable process.
