In this 1 1/2 hour workshop, you will learn to make a sourdough version of Pan de Muerto based upon an adaptation of the celebrated Luis Irving's recipe from Panes Mexicanos. This delicious and rich bread does not spare yolks or butter for the holiday and is beautifully scented with orange blossom water with the option of a rosemary sugar coating. Wonderful on its own or dipped into chocolate de aqua at any time, but especially when the veil is thin between life and death during this transitional period of the year.
