Live ZOOM Workshop
In this 2 to 2 1/2 hour workshop, we will be making three different flatbreads together: whole grain focaccia, pizza, and naan using stone ground flours and increased amounts of whole grains. Baking methods will include both the home oven/stove top (focaccia and naan) as well as a Gozney Roccbox (pizza and naan) with adaptations discussed for each recipe.
Recipes for all three will be sent 7 days advance (we recommend signing up at least 5 days in advance) with two bonus recipes that include seasonal flavors to accompany the breads. If you are not able to attend the workshop live, it will be recorded and sent after it has uploaded to the 'cloud'.
