
Fermented Cookie Gift Box Workshop

In this 2 1/2 hour workshop you will immerse yourself in all things holiday cookie baking! Sarah will demonstrate different techniques of mixing, baking, decorating, and packing unique cookie boxes and will include helpful tips for gifting these scrumptious delights. All recipes will use stoneground wholegrain flours and sourdough, with an emphasis on beautiful but rustic presentation. Examples of cookies may include Sourdough Spritz, Sprouted Spelt Pecan and Rosemary Shortbread, Ras al Hanout Almond Linzer Cookies, Gingerbread People, Lemon Crinkle Cookies, or Rugelach.
The recipes and link to join will be emailed in advance of the workshop. The recording will be sent as a link within 24 hours afterward.
